TOS :Terms of ServiceBy requesting a commission from me (flooshd) you are agreeing to be bound by all Terms outlined in this agreement.This agreement takes effect when the client’s commission request is accepted.1. CommissionsYou will receive a digital copy of a finished piece of artwork.I have the right to refuse any commission request due to personal or business reasons. I do not need to explain my refusal.By submitting a request form for any commission opening, you are confirming you have read these terms and, if accepted, are committed to paying for any commission requests you have submitted.Visual reference images of the character(s) to be drawn are required. Helpful would also be poses/background references and other for specific ideas.Commission requests including any AI-generated reference images will not be accepted under any circumstances.The client will get updates during the sketching and coloring process. The client is allowed 3 major refines for the sketch and 2 major refines for color. After that I will start the rendering process and the client will get the finished piece.2. PaymentPayment is due half of the price for all commissions (Unless paying through artistree). The other half should be paid after the sketch is finished and prior to me starting the rendering process.Payment accepted via PayPal exclusively.If payment is pending, all transactions must clear before work can begin.Changes to the client's commission request or the scope of work cannot be accommodated once payment has been submitted.2.1 Refunds & CancellationsI reserve the right to refuse a commission or cancel an accepted commission, for any reason.Commissions are non-refundable outside of one specific circumstance:
If I choose to stop working on an already started commission or a just accepted one. Then the client is allowed for a partial or full refund depending on how much of the work I've done.3. DeliveryAll commissions are delivered no later than 365 calendar days counting from date payment clears.Even though I can promise verbally a set amount of time, due to me being human and a student I may let you know about progress being slowed.4. Usage & RightsI retain ownership of my artwork, including any sketches or related artwork I create.I reserve any and all rights to monetize, display, and use any artwork I create for any purpose.Editing or modification of my artwork by the client or any third party, outside of the uses defined as “Personal Use” in this agreement, is strictly prohibited.4.1 Personal Use
The artwork files the client receives are for Personal Use only. Personal Use includes:
• Properly credited uploading (@flooshd on tiktok or tumblr) to the client's personal profiles and or social media.
• Basic cropping or zooming for social media icons, headers, etc.
• Printing out for display in the client’s home.

- anything hateful or discriminatoryEXTRA . . .Props and backgrounds can be discussed beforehand. Depending on the complexity the price may vary.
